University Manor

Welcome to University Manor!

University Manor is an off-campus international dormitory for women located 1 block from the University of Hawaii in Manoa. We rent to female full-time students, most of whom are graduate or upper level international students. All of our 30 single rooms are private and furnished.

Shared Facility
University Manor is a 2-story duplex. Each section has its own full kitchen, which is located on the ground floor.  It includes a range/oven, microwave, toaster and freezer.  Residents provide their own cookware and utensils.  There is a small community dining area and lounge in each section.  There is no  meal plan and residents prepare their own meals or buy meals on campus or at nearby eateries.
 
Each section has 4 bathrooms, each of which is shared by 3 to 4 residents.  Two bathrooms are on the ground floor and the other two are on the second floor.
 
Laundry facilities consist of 2 coin-operated washers, 2 coin-operated dryers, 2 wash tubs and clothes lines.  The machines may be used between 7:00 AM - 10:30 PM.
